The Pure-Pro Quick-Change RO system is well made, easy to use and compact. A high quality, good looking filter with a mid range price tag.

It uses four stages of initial filtration which lead to a storage tank allowing steady flow rates. When you turn the tap on water comes from the tank into a fifth filter for its final cleanse. It then passes through an alkaline filter that restores beneficial minerals and increases the pH level to between 8.0 and 9.5.
Depending on the water pressure at your home a small electric pump may also be installed at no additional cost.

Why raise the pH of your Water?
Over acidity in the body is a very common and related to poor health. A healthy body has blood that is pH balanced (alkaline and acid), and it will maintain alkaline reserves. When the body neutralises the excess acid built up from a glass of wine or a meal, the alkaline reserves can become depleted, negatively effecting the immune system.

The Pure-Pro Alkaline Filter helps to minimise the fluctuations of the body's pH and to maintain alkaline reserves and remineralises the water with 100% organic:
ionized calcium
and potassium ion.

As water molecules are small, minerals can by fully absorbed by the body. Remineralised water should not replace a healthy diet but it will support one and offer faster rehydration at a high pH level with essential minerals.

6 Stages of Filtration

Stage 1 - 5 Micron Sediment Filter. Effective in removing dirt, rust and sand particles.
Recommend changing every 6 months.

Stage 2 - Granular Activated Carbon Filter

Stage 3 - Granular Activated Carbon Filter. Takes out 99% of the chlorine and organic chemicals, provides enhanced reduction of bad tastes, odours, and colour.
Recommend changing every 6 months.

Stage 4 - Reverse Osmosis. A thin film composite (TFC) membrane that can processes up to 190 litres a day. Osmotic pressure and the natural chemistry of water is used to remove impurities. It removes the following hard water contaminants: lead, copper, barium, chromium, mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrite, and selenium.
Reverse Osmosis is used by many bottled water companies to make their water safe.
Recommend changing every 2 years.

Stage 5 - Post Carbon filter. Removes bad tastes and odours.
Recommend changing every 12 months.

Stage 6 - Alkaline Filter. Changes acidic pH levels to an alkaline pH of between 8.0 to 9.5 and remineralises the water with 100% organic ionized calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium ions.
Recommend changing every 12 months.

The system comes with a Pure-Pro Swan Neck Chrome Tap as standard. You can upgrade your tap to a high quality three way tap that combines your hot, cold and purified water into a single, stylish, high quality tap.
If you have a marble, granite or other solid kitchen worktop, then you need a 3 Way Tap as we will not drill through these materials.
